  • A close-up image of a 1/2" brass push-fit adapter, designed to screw onto a threaded shower valve outlet and allow hose connections to be secured using a jubilee clip. The image highlights the internal threading and barbed hose connection, showing how this accessory is used when converting a threaded shower mixer valve for use with push-fit hoses in older shower cabins.A detailed studio close-up of the Aqualuso Opus Thermostatic Shower Mixer Valve, showing the inlet side of the valve assembly against a clean white background. This image clearly displays the 1/2” BSP threaded inlet connections used for hot and cold water supply, along with the additional inlet used to feed a steam generator where applicable. A high-resolution studio photograph of the Aqualuso Opus Thermostatic Shower Mixer Valve, shown fully assembled with all three chrome control dials installed, positioned horizontally against a clean white background. The image presents the valve as it would appear once fitted behind a shower cabin control panel, making it ideal for homeowners identifying a like-for-like replacement part. The valve consists of three evenly spaced cylindrical control sections connected by a solid metal manifold pipe. Each control is mounted on a circular chrome backplate, giving the valve a clean, symmetrical appearance. The left-hand control represents the selector mechanism used to direct water to the installed shower functions. The central control operates the flow and on/off function, while the right-hand control houses the thermostatic cartridge responsible for regulating and maintaining a stable water temperature. Below the control assembly, the chrome-plated valve body transitions into a textured metal housing where the threaded connection ports are visible. These 1/2” BSP threaded connections are designed for compatibility with Aqualuso Opus shower cabins and steam showers, allowing the valve to be replaced without modifying existing pipework. The image clearly shows the compact layout and fixed spacing between controls, confirming the 100mm centre-to-centre measurements used across the Opus range. Branding elements are visible within the image, including the Aqualusso logo in the lower corner and the Opus mark in the upper corner, reinforcing that this valve is part of the Opus system. This visual helps customers confidently identify the correct replacement mixer valve when their existing Aqualuso Opus shower valve has failed, seized, or no longer operates correctly.
