The SSP – steam shower parts business, was established in 2011 to help provide a generic back-service service to customers seeking spares and parts, for the popular China manufactured shower cabins.
Whilst originally only supplying to customers of Smart Price Warehouse , it later became apparent there was a demand for shower cabin spares for customers of other retailers shower brands, both in the UK and internationally.
Although many shower suppliers do provide a spares service, from time to time availability on some items, can become restricted and with the lengthy lead times of inward containers, often customers experience a long wait for certain steam shower parts and spares.
In March 2014, SSP launched this new website for the steam shower parts business, to coincide with the direct stocking now of over 90% of the steam shower parts listed, with special order facilities for the more rarer items.
Although now with numerous parts inquiries from overseas clients, the SSP goal to enhance and compliment the UK customer market, can only help build multi-brand confidence amongst customers, in these most popular steam showee and shower cabin products.
