Parts Delivery Information
On this page, you’ll find our Delivery information which is as follows. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours – Monday to Friday. We will notify you by email, once your order has been dispatched. Orders received from the close of business Friday 2.30 pm through Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Timescale
UK – Typically 1-2 Working Days*
Europe – Typically 3-5 working days
International – Typically 5-7 Working Days
*Excludes Steam Room Glass Doors which are very heavy fragile items are despatched using either two-man white glove or a palletised service, typical type scale 7-10 working days, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date once your order has been processed.
If you have not received your delivery order within 7 working days (10 working days International) of placing your order, please contact us via the form on our Contact Page, with details of your order.
Delivery Costs
All delivery charges are detailed on the checkout page, prior to confirming your order. Simply add the items you wish to purchase from our store to the shopping cart, add your postcode or international location and you will automatically be quoted the total delivery costs.
As a guide, here are a few approximate prices for you.
United Kingdom
Very small items (under 25mm depth) £1.95 – Additional Items £0.50
Small Items: £3.99 – Additional small items £0.50
Medium Items: £4.99 – Additional items – £0.50
Large/Heavy Items: £7.50 – Additional items £0.050
Europe & International Addresses
Prices vary depending on location and are calculated prior to checkout.
Please note ALL International orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For service and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. This service fully insures the goods sent, in the event of loss or non-delivery. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been processed and despatched.
*Special Order Items that we do not hold in stock, are clearly marked on the individual product page along with estimated lead times.
