Parts Delivery and Returns Information
On this page, you’ll find our Delivery & Returns information, which is as follows. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours – Monday to Friday. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. Orders received from close of business Friday, 2.30pm through Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Times: UK – Typically 1-2 Working Days.
Delivery Times: International – Typically 5-7 Working Days.
If you have not receive your delivered order within 7 working days (10 working days International) of placing your order, please contact us via the Form on our Contact Page, with details of your order.
Delivery Costs: UK Addresses:-
Small Items: £4.50 – Additional small items £0.50
Medium Items: £5.50 – Additional items – £0.50
Large/Heavy Items: £9.95 – Additional items £0.50
Higher priced items over £35, are sent via Royal Mail “Sign-For” Service and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. An additional charge will be applied at Checkout for this, where applicable.

Small Items £11.50 – additional small items £1.50
Medium Items: £12.50 – additional items – £2.50
Large/Heavy Items: £15.00 – additional items £5.00
Please note ALL International orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. This service fully insures the goods sent, in the event of loss or non-delivery.
*Special Order Items that we do not hold in stock, are clearly marked on the individual product page along with estimated lead times.
Returns Information:-
Should you wish to return an item, please complete this form here. You will automatically be emailed instructions on returning your order.
We suggest sending items back via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post. For higher value goods, we would recommend adding an insured service, such as Royal Mail “Signed-For” Service. When returning goods to us, it is your responsibility for the safe return of such items.
Once returned items are received, we will process your refund within 2-3 working days. A full refund, less P&P charges, will be applied.
