Parts Delivery and Returns Information
On this page you’ll find our Delivery & Returns information which is as follows. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours – Monday to Friday. We will notify you by email, once your order has been dispatched. Orders received from close of business Friday 2.30pm through Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
Please note that we are currnetly running a limited schedule for desaptching orders. Please ensure all orders are recived by 5:00pm on these dates. 18th, 21st, 25th & 28th August.
Delivery Times: UK – Typically 1-2 Working Days.
Delivery Times: International – Typically 5-7 Working Days.
If you have not receive your delivered order within 7 working days (10 working days International) of placing your order, please contact us via the Form on our Contact Page, with details of your order.
Delivery Costs: UK Addresses:-
Small Items: £3.50 – Additional small items £1.50
Medium Items: £4.50 – Additional items – £2.50
Large/Heavy Items: £7.00 – Additional items £5.00
Higher priced items over £35, are sent via Royal Mail “Sign-For” Service and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. An additional charge will be applied at Checkout for this, where applicable.

Medium Items: £12.50 – additional items – £2.50
Large/Heavy Items: £15.00 – additional items £5.00
Please note ALL International orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. This service fully insures the goods sent, in the event of loss or non-delivery.
*Special Order Items that we do not hold in stock, are clearly marked on the individual product page along with estimated lead times.
Should you wish to return an item, there is no need to contact us first, simply send to the address below either enclosing a copy of your delivery note or details of your order number, this can be found on the email correspondence you have received from us.
We suggest sending items back via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post. For higher value goods, we would recommend adding an insured service, such as Royal Mail “Signed-For” Service. When returning goods to us, it is your responsibility for the safe return of such items.
Once returned items are received back, we will then process your refund within 2-3 working days. A full refund less P&P charges will be applied.
