1. We only accept online orders for our products and DO NOT accept Telephone Orders.
2. Our Secure checkout is managed by Paypal. You can make payments by Debit or Credit Card and to not have to register or have an account with Paypal. If you wish to pay with Paypal though, you can of course do so.
3. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders received over the week-end will be processed on Monday.
4. Most orders are normally sent by Royal Mail or by other carriers for larger/heavier items.
5. You may return any item purchased for a full refund, within 7 days of purchase, but this excludes all postage and shipping costs.
6. If you order an incorrect item, we will provide a free exchange for the correct item, without additional outgoing postage costs. It will be your responsibility though to return the incorrect item to us first and pay the costs of sending this back to us.
7. In any situation where we have sent you the wrong item to that ordered, we will reimburse you the return postage costs and send out the correct item, with no additional costs.
