Please note that all parts purchased at this shower parts and spares website are supplied with a 12 Month Warranty from the date of purchase. This does not effect your Statutory rights. We like to keep things simple here and without the need for pages of information and rules…..so here’s the deal:-
Any product supplied by us that’s found to be defective within the 12 month period and subject to acceptable usage, will be replaced free of charge, excluding postage charges.
Please note a digital photograph of the defective item may be required, with this to be emailed to us if requested.
In the event of a claim under the 12 Month Warranty, proof of purchase with your original receipt will be required.
This shower parts warranty does not cover light bulbs or LED’s, or any other product that has an expected life cycle, unless found to be faulty within 48 hours of purchase .
