The Insignia 3 Dial Thermostatic Shower Mixer Valve is a high-quality OEM replacement valve designed specifically for use in a wide range of Insignia shower cabins and steam showers. It is most commonly purchased by homeowners whose original Insignia valve has failed, seized, begun leaking, or no longer maintains a consistent and safe water temperature.

This valve allows you to restore your existing Insignia shower cabin to full working order without replacing the entire unit, making it a cost-effective and practical replacement solution.

The valve features a three-dial control layout, as used across many Insignia models. The bottom dial controls water temperature using a thermostatic cartridge that helps maintain stability even when household water pressure fluctuates. The middle dial controls water flow and on/off operation, while the top dial functions as a selector to divert water between the installed shower outlets.

To suit different Insignia cabin layouts, this valve is available in three-output, four-output, and five-output versions. These are selectable from the product options above, allowing you to choose the correct configuration to match your existing Insignia shower without altering internal pipework. Where fitted, steam generators are supplied via a separate steam inlet and are not counted as an output.

If your existing Insignia shower cabin uses push-fit hose connections, optional screw-on push-fit adapter kits are available. These adapters thread directly onto the valve body and allow existing hoses to be secured using jubilee clips, enabling replacement without changing hoses or pipework. When selected, the appropriate number of adapters is supplied to match the chosen output configuration.

If your Insignia shower cabin does not use a steam generator — such as certain hydro shower or open-top models — the steam inlet must be safely sealed. In this case, you will also need to order a blanking cap (1/2-inch BSP brass blanking nut), which can be found here.
