Door Rollers & Wheels
Find replacement shower door rollers and wheels to get your door sliding smoothly and sitting square again. We carry rollers for many makes of showers, shower cabins and steam showers, including Insignia and Vidalux, to mention just a few. If your door is sticking, dropping or not sliding properly, new rollers are often the easiest fix. Not sure which ones you need? Send us a photo and your cabin’s model number.

How to identify your rollers
- Top or bottom: top rollers are height-adjustable and carry most of the door’s weight. Bottom rollers guide the door, and many are spring-loaded or quick release.
- Wheel diameter: ours run from 19mm to 27mm, and most are 23mm or 25mm.
- Fixing hole: measure the hole in the glass (8mm to 14mm across our range) and the distance from its centre to the bottom edge of the glass (18mm to 20mm on most).
- Glass thickness: our rollers suit glass from 4mm to 6mm. Twin-hole rollers also need the distance between the holes.

Symptoms and likely causes
A door that squeaks, sticks or comes off its track is almost always the rollers, worn flat or clogged with limescale. Clean the track first. See door squeaking, sticking or off its track.
A door that won’t seal is more often out of alignment than broken. See a door that won’t seal.

Fitting tip
Use the height adjustment on the top rollers to line the door up with its seals and magnetic strips. The bottom rollers only guide it, so they can’t correct a door that sits low.
When to call a professional
Changing rollers usually means lifting the door off, so get a second pair of hands and handle the glass with care. A cracked panel, or a frame that has moved out of square, is a job for a fitter.
Frequently asked questions
Are rollers sold singly or in sets?
Both. Our Insignia and Vidalux rollers are sold one at a time, and the R1041TB and R176TB come as sets of eight: four top and four bottom.
Do you have rollers for curved doors?
Yes. Our R069, R076, R077C and R094 rollers are made for curved glass as well as flat, including corner quadrant cabins.
Will the new rollers rust?
No. Most of our rollers run on 304-grade stainless steel bearings, and each of those product pages says so.
Took the old roller off? Photograph it side-on against a ruler so the wheel and its fixing both show, tell us your glass thickness, and we’ll find the right one.
